Can I shift my FSW applicayion to PNP Category

Hi. I applied under FSW six months back and my NOC (0312) is not in the list of 38. Now i am planning to apply under SINP (provincial Niminee program). Now what should i do ? Withdraw my FSW application before applying to Saskatchewan OR just inform CIC office through a letter what i am planning. Please anyone help me.

Let SINP know that you have an FSW application in already. If you get your nomination before your FSW is rejected, SINP may ask CIC to treat it as a PNP application. If your FSW was already rejected, then you just apply again under PNP
