Can I send my Documents to WES vis Fax?

I assume they accept hard copy of documents only through Post(mail). They maynot accept documents in any other format.
you can check with them through Webform in Customer care using your WES Ref number.
I sent my academic transcripts via the university to WES by courier.
For my degree certificate, I sent a color scan of it with my WES number typed on it using Photoshop/MS Paint. DO NOT send your original degree certificate to WES.
I then used an online service called HelloFax that gives like some 5 free faxes per account and sent the above as fax to WES at +1 416-972-9004.
WES updated the status in two working days as "documents received".

How is your ECA not rejected yet?
You need to have your institution mail them directly.

My ECA is completed and I've been issued my PR visa as well. Let me explain what I said a little more carefully followed by links. If you still have doubt call WES, although they'll copy paste the same FAQ verbiage and they'll take a week to do it.
Firstly go to https://www.wes.org/ca/required-documents/
Assuming you are from India, you have postgraduate education, you'll see 2 requirements: i)academic transcripts (or marksheets as we call in India) and ii) Degree certificate
For academic transcripts, WES clearly states that the student has to negotiate with the university and instruct the university to physically courier official transcripts in a sealed envelope bearing the WES account number to the WES Canada office. No doubts here. Student should never ever send sealed transcripts by themselves; only university should act on student's behalf. If you see the diagram below the explanation, it shows you approaching the university, but the box covers the University icon. Ok, let's continue.
For degree certificate: I am quoting WES page directly: "For completed study, you send a clear and legible copy of this document to WES. Do not send your original document. Even the simple diagram below illustrates that you are the person doing these actions.
So, again, they need a copy; you could take a color print out and courier it to them with your WES number on the envelope and on the address.
Now, we come to OP's question: Can we use fax to send documents?
Answer is: for transcripts? NO. Absolutely NOT.
For degree certificate copy: YES, by fax is okay.

Got it! I thought you sent the entire thing via fax.
Wish I knew about the fax thing, would've saved $50.
Please read posts carefully before jumping to your own conclusions; I had never stated that I sent everything through fax.
I also would like to know more about using a free fax service. Can you please help me to do that?
Look up HelloFax using your search engine of choice. They offer 5 free fax pages to anywhere in the world. You can send a fax to any physical fax machine, computer fax service, or internet fax service! I signed up for a Hello Fax account with my Google account. Then I took a color JPEG of my degree certificate, used MS paint to add my WES number in the corner or some place with avaialble empty space (in a contrasting color, so that it stands out). Then I converted this to a pdf. I logged into Hello Fax account, selected the PDF file and sent it to WES Canada at the fax number specified on that page. I got a confirmation of sending from HelloFax. After some time (don't remember), the WES status was changed to acknowledge that they got all my documents.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion. I have heard about hello fax from google search. But I would like to try some others which is free or atleast for a month. Do you have something like that?
Hello Fax is free for 5 pages. Surely you can manage all your degree certificates within that number. Otherwise you can their paid service or any other service for a few dollars a month. Do your own search and find what is beneficial for you and your affordability.
