Can I send Full Docs to my visa ofc w/o RPRF?

Is it required to send the RPRF together w/ the full docs to visa ofc?

No , you can send the RPRF once the visa ofc ask for medicals .

you may choose to send it now with full application to your local visa office. if your application is rejected at any stage, RPRF will be refuned to you. alternatively, you can submit this later when requested by your local visa office. this is what most of the applicants do.
