can i send bank receipt for GIC proof

I would recommend to wait if you have transferred your funds it will not take more than 3-4 days.
Why take risk convincing VO is dam difficult lol

Wait till 26th july. In case you receive your GIC, then submit it other wise use your wire transfer receipt and write statement explaining that you haven't received GIC due to delays in issuance and hence you are applying with transfer receipt only.

for most of my friends it took more than 8 days fr certificate...does VO accepts if we send bank receipt.
