Can I send Application from outside Canada?

Hi,
I wonder is it possible to send a Common Law Sponsoership Application from outside Canada. Can I do the medical test in my own country or only in Canada?
DO I HAVE TO SEND FROM CANADA?

How difficult is it to do all if you are not in Canada?

Yes u can send ur application fro outside canada. All u need to do is download , and fill out ur application then add up the documents needed and send it over.
For the medicals, U can do it in your country if there is a canadian embassy there and if not , u can check if there is IOM representing canada or just was until they request for it , they will tell u where to get it done.

About the past question , i don't know about that

What money do you want to get and from where? If you mean welfare from the Canadian government, your sponsor will have to pay it back if you receive welfare payments within the first three (?) years of your permanent residency.
 
If you are living outside of Canada at the time of applying, there's a section where they ask you to prove that you will return to Canada in the near future. (Job letter/house/school admission etc)

We have two different types of pension in Canada 1 is CPP which you have to contribute to first before you get any money and the amount you receive will depend on how much you contributed to it . The second is old age security . You have to be in the country 10 years before you can get any money and it has to be before 65 so if you don't get here before your 55 you won't get any money .
You may be able to collect a pension from your own country.
