Can I send an envelope for WES assessment that doesn't have a university logo?

I'm thinking about getting my education qualifications assessed by WES. Unfortunately, my university do all it's communication in white or brown envelopes that doesn't have it's logo on it. I've talked with the registrars office and they will stamp AND sign the back flap of the envelope but I wanted to know that if the envelope itself doesn't have the university logo will that be a problem?

I watched a video posted on WES website and it said that the envelope should have a university logo. But I was wondering if I can get everything signed and stamped, will this still be an issue? I emailed WES around 2 weeks ago but they didn't reply back so I'm reverting here to see what are your opinions on this?

(Also while I'm at it, do I need the photocopy of my marksheet or will I need to get another original one issued from my university? I know that they ask for only the copies of the Diploma but for marksheet, I am not sure.)

I look forward for your reply guys. Thanks a lot in advance!

I think it does according to this video.

It also says on the WES website to send "an official envelope with your institutions name on it". That's why I was wondering if someone has experience of sending the documents to WES in non official envelopes.

I think if your Uni doesnt provide envelopes with logo on them there is nothing you can do about it.
Bare in mind the important thing is that your transcripts are sealed and sent directly from you Uni.

WES process takes about 3 month to complete, so do it ASAP.

It doesn't. I have done evaluation for two of my degrees for WES and both were sent in a generic envelop. The only thing you need is a university stamp at the flap of the envelop.

On your second query. You don't need original marksheets issued from university but just the transcripts. Most universities would have a transcript format. generally it's printed on paper which lists all your subjects and marks.

couple of options for second part of question.

1) if you are collecting it by hand from university , you could request them to add photocopy of your mark sheets in the same envelope before they seal it.

2) if you are receiving it by post , put university envelop along with your mark sheets photocopy in bigger envelope and send it to WES.

Thanks

Even if there is no logo, ask them to stamp seals.
stamp seal across the envelope flap is all you need (preferably signed across the flap by a registrar or the dean as well). logo on envelope does not matter.
