Can I receive the permanent residency card if I land alone without my family?

Dear Friends,

I have applied to Canada immigration under Federal Skilled Worker program, and finally I received the Visa, but unfortunately in the last moment my wife and daughter are not able to travel with me.
Because of this I have decided to travel alone without my family to finalize the landing step in the immigration process, then to come back to my home until my wife can be able to travel (which is mostly after 2 years) (I know ,after 2 year, she and my daughter must reapply for a long processes of sponsoring )
My question is:-
Can I receive the permanent residency card if I land alone without my family?
Your help to answer this question is highly appreciated.

Better to take them with you and finish the landing process, take the PR cards, come back, and then move permenantly after 2 yrs.
