I have friends and relatives in Canada. And they are ready to help me with my stay and study. So, my concern is whether I can receive help from them or not. Can they transfer their balance to my bank account? And, if they want to give me cash, can I deposit it to my account (since there wont' be any source to show)? I'm asking this because I hear a lot about how the government will inquire about where the money came from since students are supposed to have a limited income.

My best suggestion is to put that money in the account and leave it there for some time before you apply. They usually ask you for the last four months of your bank account balance, so this money must have got in before those four months.
I'm sorry. I didn't quite understand your point. I'm an international student and I'm already in Canada, if in case you thought I'm applying for a study permit.
If you are already in Canada why are you worried? Why would the government see your bank account balance? You have to file income tax but I'm really confused about your inquiry.
Maybe I have a wrong information. But as far as I have heard from others, even if my friends and relatives (who are already in Canada for years) send money to my bank account and if I don't have any job to show my income source, I will be inquired about how I got the money and why they are sending me money. That sounds weird to me but that's what I have heard from international students here in Canada. That's why I'm concerned about this matter.
You can receive money from whoever. The only restrictions placed on the study permit is the number of hours you can work. That's it.
Unless you're receiving really big amounts on the regular - like the equivalent of a full time job - no one will ask you for its source. I'll never understand why the international student community in Canada is so hopelessly misinformed and paranoid about everything. Even for huge amounts only bank officials and maybe the CRA might enquire about it - why would IRCC care? It's beyond their jurisdiction.
