Can I qualify or apply under the Open Work Permit Program

2) I do not have to file PR to apply for the same
3) My current situation is not to complete meet any immigration program without OPEN WORK PERMIT to Canada
4) My age is 44 years
5) My 22 years experiences; training, CNC MACHINES’S OPREATING AND PROGRAMING SKILLS, qualifications, occupation, personal characters very closely meet the needs Outlined in the my intended occupation is CNC(computer numerical control) MACHINIST ,NOC CODE:7231,LEVEL:B(2011) NEW & Supervisor(CNC Machine shop) ,NOC CODE:7201,LEVEL:B(2011) NEW Which is most occupation demand job in Canada
6) ENGLISH is the main communication language in my work place, training and education

If I qualify to apply under the Open Work Permit Program please give me following details
1) Can I apply online open work permit application?
2) Have any reference letter from your side before applying online open work permit?
3) How I can apply for reference letter?
4) Please send the e mail ID of Embassy where I can put the request to expedite the process

No - you don't qualify for any open work permit program.

If you want to work in Canada, you would need to first obtain a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

i am indian got a call from and mail from Delhi based consultant stating that you are eligible for open work permit through VFS Delhi, and also given contact numbers of VFS and asked me contact them, my question here that my spouse is not working in Canada any of my relatives are not there i don't have any job offer how can i eligible for open work permit after so many discussion they said this is the short cut for entering into Canada and thousands of people are using this way to enter into Canada, is this legal or the consultant is bluffing me please reply

did you contact them first or did they contact you ? How much are they wanting to charge you ? There are no shortcuts to Canada even using a consultant as they only really help with the documentation, they have no influence with immigration.

I contacted them for Temp work permit but they told me about open work permit thanks for your early reply, yes as they said they are going to process this open work permit only through VFS Delhi but my question is as i said my spouse is not in canada how i am going to get my open workpermit they are asking for 50k + taxes

Easy answer - it's scam. They are going to take your money and you won't get a work permit in return. You don't qualify for an open work permit and an agency can't magically get one for you. There's no short cut for open work permits - anyone who says there is and then wants to charge you money for it is lying.

I don't know of any.
