I appreciate your love for your family but they can not be part of your application for immigration. If you immigrate then you can sponsor your mother to visit you on visitors/ super visa. The family sponsorship for parents which can be filed later on, it takes years and years to process, for some VO the time line is about 10 years or more.

You're wrong. You cannot bring your mother and you cannot bring your brothers and sisters with you.

You have ask this question several times already on this forum and it has already been answered several times. The answer is not going to change.

You can sponsor your family members ( except spouse and childrens) later on after you establish yourself in Canada.

In Additional Information from, hope you have added all names - parents name plus brothers and sister names.

While landing, they cannot accompany you.

This is something really frustrating
We as a family we can not immigration together
The study is not allowed
Immigration usual is not allowed
I went to take a course in one of the professions required in Canada
And found work to gain the required experience for Migration
And spoke with a friend in Canada to find a job offer for me
And finally
You can not bring your family
if
What is the benefit of immigration
If I can not take my family
I was love Canada previously
But now
Became feel
It is not an option :(

We were talking earlier about the study
Not
Migration of skilled workers

Very simply, you can apply for various methods to legally get into Canada to study or work.

You cannot however drag your whole family, which are not considered dependants, with you.
Dependants are your partner and your dependant children only, not your parents, siblings, cousins, uncles, aunts etc etc.

Those are the rules. If you do not like them, you must find a different country to go to.

You have repeatedly asked if there is any way you can immediately migrate with your entire extended family. Several of us have repeatedly told you there is no way to do this through any temporary or permanent visa.

There is no 1st world country where you will be able to immediately migrate with your entire extended family. If staying close to your extended family is a priority for you (it sounds like it is), then you may want to reconsider immigrating.

There are many people here who know they have to make sacrifices to immigrate and are ready to make these sacrifices. It doesn't sound like you are ready.
