I came to canada as visitor and filled my occupation as owner of my company. I didnt knew at that time that i need to put any designation and duties for my job. Now i want to put that experience in my express entry profile can i do that? And what job title should i select with NOC code? I used to do all works of my company as owner.

Did you come to Canada as a visitor and then set up your own Company? If so, such experience is not valid under either Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
The most obvious reason is that you are not allowed to work in Canada while on a Visitor visa. Also, you would not be able to stay more than 6 months on a single trip. So, you can't include any work done on a visitor visa in your Express Entry profile.

For future reference, self-employment is valid for FSW, but not CEC. ANY Canadian experience would only qualify if you held a valid work permit when you acquired it.

You need to check the eligibility requirements for skilled work on these links:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html#experience

Nobody but you can select your job title for you. Only you know what duties and responsibilities you discharged, so you need to match it up with a corresponding National Occupational Classification (NOC) in either 0, A or B categories to qualify.
Good luck.
