No direct correlation that it will make your application faster. Some who waited for RPRF request even got their PR earlier than those paying upfront.

There are several factors that have more significant effect that paying RPRF upfront like Security and Criminality.

Yes, you may pay your fees online - however, it doesn't expedite your application

This is in the assumption that Security and Criminality checks are in the in their estimated timeline.

Again, no harm in paying RPRF upfront. We are just realistically telling you the actual scenario right now.

I was surprised that they must ask me to submit original passport for landing sticker. But my lawyer said that CIC do not put a record of Landing in the passport anymore. CIC send us PR card. I am not sure about the changes in rules. If any one can tell me about this.

are you visa free country then you don't need passport for stamping
