Can I open Incorporation /sole proprietorship as PGWP holder- Urgent

Hi Experts,
I am currently on PGWP status.I recently received a 1 year contract job offer with an IT firm.In order to pay me they are asking for my incorporation # or want me to register as a Sole proprietorship.Please let me know if I can open an Incorporation or Sole proprietorship on my PGWP status and will it have an negative effect when I apply for PR with this 1 year experience in the future?Please provide your value suggestion at the earliest.

Hi,
You can always open incorporation while on PGWP and not oo many people do that. Make sure to check about the experience if you will be eligible for that. Thanks
