I have more than three (3) years (1,095 days) of physical presence since landing became PR
but I had visited CANADA before my landing within this four years period (say around 3 months long)
in order to make my application simple,I don't want to calculate those days I visited in CANADA before landing, is that OK ?
or Do I HAVE TO count them , will CIC return my application for that reason as "wrong calculation"?

You cannot count the days before PR towards citizenship as you mentioned, you were just visiting Canada. You were not a resident of Canada before PR landing. Only those who submitted inland PR sponsorship, work visa and study visas would be allowed to count those days as half days towards citizenship qualification as they were considered to be residents of Canada.

You have to include them if the time in Canada as a visitor does fall within the 4 years before date of application submittal. They will need to know where you have been for the last 4 years but they would not count as half days towards citizenship.

1. You can use any Non PR days you were present in Canada in the 4 year qualifying block including days as a visitor. Classic example of this is those who visit and get sponsored inland under the family class (many actually get a visitor record), those who switch to WP employment and even refugee claimants. If using non PR (NPR) time in a citizenship application its crucial to include evidence of admittance into Canada by CBSA.

2. If you never got a visitor record (often an issue for visitor visa exempt nationals) then it can sometimes be problematic to identify the 'start point' of the 4 year window and this can result in RQ issuance. Most people if they can especially if Non PR time is short say less then 2-3 months wait and use full PR status for their Citizenship Application.
