Can I Move To Work in Canada on TWP While PR Visa Is Processing

Hi everyone,
Let's say, hypothetically, that an employer offers me a job but wants me to start work right away. Seeing as a PR processing time sits between 5-6 months, is there a way that I can begin working for the employer in Canada while my PR visa is processing? Would this be a simple TWP application in tandem with the PR application, or is there something more specific to this scenario? Should I have my employer write a letter stressing their immediate need of my skills in the workplace?

If the employer offers you a job he has to apply for LMIA first.
Now, it depends what sort of application he/she chooses. There are two sorts.
One is to support your EE application only and the other one is to allow you to work for him/her in Canada while you wait for your PR.
