Hi,

What is the basis of the removals? On what grounds if you wish to tell? My opinion is that as long as the basis has no criminal basis, and is a matter of legal admission to the US, then I would assume that as long as you are eligible for a Canadanian PR, you can proceed and submit an application. However, through the background checks on your records in the US, your removal will, most likely, unveiled, which, of course, you need to justify truthfully and reasonably.

Check the link in my signature to get started in th process and get familiar with important information and guides. and get back to us, the forum members, with any questions. I'm sure they are many to help.

Cheers

Then, learn how to submit a case by visiting: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp and check if you are eligible. Good luck

Showing my ignorance here, and I have no idea what the ICE supervision programme entails, but don't you have to be legally in the country from which you are applying (and probably you are, but I cannot tell from your post)?

You are correct Pippin. He can't apply from the US, unless he has been legally admitted for at least one year. He, then, has to file his case with a visa office (thru the CIO) that corresponds with his country of origin.
