Hey guys! So, I got accepted to UManitoba and uVic. (Bonus Question: Which is better? xD) I just had a couple of questions. Firstly, I was thinking of moving to BC after I graduate, is that possible? Secondly, is it possible to apply for PR after I begin my studies, or do I have to complete my degree and work for another 3 years? Thanks a lot for reading, appreciate any help.

1. went to U of M, good school (not sure what you would study so cannot give details)
I can tell you this, it is FREAKING cold in Winnipeg. -40 and 50 with wind-chill and long winter.
so if you are up for that then WPG is nice place to live and study.
2. you can move to another province after finish the school.
3. you can apply for PR during or after your school. You have to find out which category you are qualified first.
