Can I modify my Express Entry profile after receiving ITA?

Hello,

I have a question;
I have given a Invitation to apply today for Permanent Residency, however I needed to modify my profile. I declared that my spouse have a sister here in Canada which is a permanent resident and the CIC gave me 15 points for that, to find out that my sister in law permanent residency is still on hold.
My current score in 465, if I will modify my profile and say that we have no relative here I will get 450 points which is still higher than the cut off.
I am thinking to decline the invitation and modify my profile and submit it again. Can someone help me, what will be the best action to do?

Your profile is locked when you receive ITA and cannot be updated. If by hold when you say you SIL has CoPR and completed her landing and currently residing in Canada then you can get points even if she does not have PR card yet.
 
Hello! Thank you for your response. So you're saying that I will not decline my invitation and just continue it? How about the proof that she is PR?
 
I asked my sister in law and she don't have the CoPR because she did not send back her passport yet to the CIC, her application is being reviewed again because she added her husband to hers.

I need some please..
 
Modify your answer and add a letter of explanation regarding the confusion and that your CRS score remains above the cutoff score.

NOTE: If you are a FSW applicant you must make sure this change does not make you ineligible under such program. That is, falling below the 67 out of 100 points under the six selection factors.

I am invited to apply under Canadian Express Class. I tried to view my submitted form but I cannot modify it cause it says already Transmitted.
 
You cannot modify it, I am talking about the Post-ITA forms.
