Can I Make it to University of Concordia?

Hi All,
I have applied to university of Concordia in MEng Electrical and computer Engineering. My CGPA is 3.04 with an aggregate of 77%. i have TOEFL ibT score
of 84 which is sufficient for concordia, i have applied for winter session 2012, What are my chances of getting admission at concodia?
Can any one let me know.

I am pretty sure no one from here is working in any admission office of any university. So just wait and see. No one can tell who got what chance of getting admission to any university!

i hope so that u will Got Admission in the Uni

i have also applied on Concordia uni in the same session and Same Programnme on 15 of july and Today i have Received Admission Acceptance Letter Via Email and MY CGPA is 3.77/4 and IELTS 6.0 so Inshalah u will will getting admission soon..

Allah may bless you with happiness and success. You have really relaxed my nerves becaz i already recieved rejection from u calgary and waterloo. I want to ask you one question that to which program did you apply? to MEng electrical and computer engineering?

Does the CAQ need Hard Copy of Original LOA or not???
What is the Procedure to Apply for CAQ???
Have u Apllied for VISA or Not???
What is the Defferel Procedure???

Can I Apply VISA on the Basis of LOA of Concordia Uni and Inshalah after VISA can i Switch my Uni or Not???

CAQ takes approx 1 month as far as I know. One of my friend got admission in Uni of Concordia. I would suggest you to ask your university to send the copy of Acceptance letter directly to CAQ as did by my friend because Acceptance Letter takes around 4 weeks to arrive as send by regular mail or you can ask for the courier service.

I would suggest you to file for CAQ as soon as possible.

Dear Could u plesa that me that after applying for CAQ if i Got Admission in Any other Uni outside QUBEC can i still applly for VISA based on the Uni other than QUBEC or i am Bound to Apply in QUBEC Uni???

Secondly Does the CAQ Authorities Alos Send Copy of CAQ to Emabassy or Not ???

No info about binding to Quebec Uni .. I think it is not necessary

and Dont know whether CAQ send copy to embassy .. but u have to submit original with your Visa Application

The local CHC gets the CAQ faxed as soon as it gets approval.

After getting approval, you will get a letter in email (pdf) which you can use to apply for the visa. There is no need to wait for the original one to come as it takes a lot of time.

I am not sure about this scenario but I think you can discard the CAQ in that case for a fresh new visa application. I guess someone with such experience can tell you about this situation in much better way. Why dont you post a new thread about this query?
