Hi,

I am applying for immigration and my mother sister lives in canada and has passport. So can i write her name as family members? Below is the actual questions:

"I have a relative in Canada who is 18 years or older, a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, and is my parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew. "

Yes. Your mom's sister is your aunt.
