Can I leave my LMIA job after invitation?

I currently have a lmia job and I entered express entry and got invited a few months ago and I have already done my medical test.

The problem is my boss is planning to close his company and lay off all employees due to a lack of profit.

If the company closes before I get the confirmation of PR and I get laid off, will this affect my EE score and application?

I saw many people say that we cannot leave our lmia job until we receive the confirmation of PR, otherwise, we may get into trouble because we left the job during the process.

Depends if you claimed 50 points for having a job offer or not - and if you need those 50 points to be above the cut off for the draw.

yes, I need these points, I have been invited by ee cec including these 50 points. What will happen if I get laid off during the process? Will I lose my 50 points? IRCC already received all of my applications and materials
