Can I leave Canada if my PR Card has not been processed?

Hello all!

I plan to land in Halifax on the 22nd of October and fly back to the UK on the 30th of October. I have friends in Winnipeg in which I can have my PR card sent to. My questions are:

• When I land do I put down the address I want my PR Card sent to?
  Can I leave Canada prior to receiving my card (will only be in Canada for a week)?
  What papers other then my visa do I need to bring?
  
  Any suggestions would be welcome.

yes u can leave Canada before receiving your PR card, but u must apply for travelling document from the canadian visa office (50$ cost) to back to canada,

The link is not working, can someone give me advise what to do. I haven't receive yet my PR card ( i landed here in BC last Nov 2014, until now i haven'r received my card). How can I return to Canada without my PR Card?

You CAN apply for the PR Travel Document, but you don't HAVE to. If you don't, you'd have to wait until your PR card arrives and your friends in Winnipeg send it to you.

thanks for the reply, you have an idea where to apply PR Travel documents?I saw only in CIC, i can apply if outside canada. But can I apply that PR Travel document here in BC, prior going back to Phil?
