Thank you for the Reply Sarah, I often hear that outland is quicker.
I was told that if I apply in my home country I would not be allowed to leave (my home country) until the application has been approved (common-law). I find that hard to believe considering I wouldn't be in my home country when I submit the application. I plan on submitting my application and returning to my home country to visit family and then returning to Canada to wait out the application process. I will take as many flights as needed during this process..I'm not concerned with that.
Does having dual Citizenship affect the decision making? Does it matter to which country I send the application (of my current citizenships) or does it need to be the one I have spent most time in?
Thank you for your help
