Can I Stay at Toronto to my uncles home for a week and then fly for Winnipeg, Manitoba Domestic flight from there?
Will Study Permit be issue at Toronto?
Please Suggest?
What Other things I should Carry with me.
I am flying on December 9th 2012. From Karachi to Toronto.
I want to stay at Toronto for a week and then Winnipeg.
is it possible.
Will Immigration argue the toss on this?

1. Yes.
2. Your study permit will be issued at first stop in Canada, i.e. Toronto.
3. Warm clothes and boots. or money to buy them. It will be really cold in "winterpeg"

my college is in winnipeg and I have flight on 17th from Delhi to toronto then connecting flight from toronto to winnipeg after 2 hour stopage at toronto airport.......
So study permit will be issued in Toronto or winnipeg......
