Can I land in Toronto and Work in Quebec

As a FSW can I land in Toronto but still be eligible to work in Montreal(Quebec).

I have been reviewing the Q&A in this forums. These have been a very good knowledge source for me. I had completed my landing formalities without any problems. Thanks to seniors for making this a knowledge repository and a live help for new comers.

I landed in Toronto 2 weeks ago. I had applied for PR Cards, SIN, Bank account, pending with Health Cards, as there is a 3 months cap on health cards in Ontario. Posts on landing formalities, preparations helped me a lot.

I am discussing an offer from Montreal, Quebec. Here are my questions

1. Can i work in Quebec with a FSW ?
2. Will my days of work in Quebec add to my PR ?
3. Will i be eligible for all benefits of PR, while working in Quebec?
4. Does Quebec has schools for kids which teach in English ?
5. Can i apply for health cards in Quebec ?

Appreciate if seniors can throw light on these questions.

I got answers to my questions in another post from S_J, i am pasting them here for the benefit of others following this post,

1. Can i work in Quebec with a FSW ?
S_J: Yes. Once you are in Canada, there is no restriction for you to work anywhere. I'm basing this comment on my personal experience

2. Will my days of work in Quebec add to my PR ?
S_J: Yes

3. Will i and my family be eligible for all benefits of PR, while working in Quebec?
S_J: If your family members are legal Permanent Residents, Yes they are eligible to all provincial benefits

4. Does Quebec has schools for kids which teach in English ?
S_J: Few of the schools do offer English language education, however you have to double check with the schools in the area where you will be living

5. Can i apply for health cards in Quebec ?
S_J: RAMQ requires some evidence that you are a resident of Quebec. They do accept your apartment/house lease agreement as one of the documents. However after settling down, you can also show them any bills under your name.
