Can I land in Rainbow Bridge? since I got my PR through Newfoundland

There is no border in Newfoundland, for St. Pierre island (French island) I need to have Schengen Visa. So if I make an appointment, that may takes 2 months with an Visa Officer from Halifax.

That is why I am coming to Ontario to land, it is the quickest way, will they save me in the file and track me?
