Can i join Conestoga College with my current ielts band?

I scored overall band 6.5 with L-6.5 R-5.5 W-6.5 S-6.5 can I apply for conestoga College for 2 year Diploma In Business Finances program? Moreover, can i apply to SDS visa CANADA with my current Ielts Score ? I am so confused please help me out....

Each college has it's own requirements but most of them require no band less than 6

For SDS you need to have in each section no band less than 6

Check with college or their website they probably have some different options now under Covid, also you dont have to apply under SDS, regular application doesn't require IELTS most places.
