Can I immigrate to Canada in Web designer & Web Developer ..?

Dear All,
I am new to this forum & for Immigration process..
I wish to ask questions that I have the experience of Web designer & Web Developer..With this work experience, Could I be eligible to migrate to Canada under Skilled Worker/Professional Immigration. I have done my Master in IT, 3+ years experience in above field. My age is 34. What could be my point? Do I need to show bank balance if approved as immigrants?

1. Only if the OP has Managerial experience 0213 in the List of "38"
2. Or has worked/studied in Canada or has an Approved Employment Option.

Hi,
Thank you so much for your response. What understood is, I must have Managerial experince on the Web designer & web developer title to migrate to Canada. That means I am not Eligible if I do not have managerial experience. What does the OP stands for?
