Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,
I am currently in Alberta on an open work permit working part-time at two employers:
25 hours/week at Walmart NOC 6211-B
7 hours/week as a religious educational instructor NOC 4021-B
I only have enrollment verifications which show that I am permanently (not seasonally) working, but I do not have either job offer or LMIA.

Can I have work permit based on this situation, knowing that my current open work permit will expire on November 2021?
thanks for reading

thank you Naturgrl for the reply,
but my question actually is: can I get work permit on these part-time jobs with enrolment verification, knowing that I do not have LMIA or an actual job offer

You want a work permit when your permit expires in a year? Or you want a Alberta nomination for PR or apply EE- CEC.

you got it ...
my first goal is the PR but just in case if I have not got nominated I would think to extend my stay in Canada by having a Work Permit, or else I will be forced to leave Canada

Alberta has changed its LMIA approval and have very few occupations that aren’t exempted so a LMIA might be difficult. Also must be full time employment

@Naturgrl and can someone in such a situation (Skilled job that is part-time and/or 3 month term-contract) sponsor their spouse for an OWP?
