He barely does anything for our child.
I have to do everything or when my mom gets involved he tried to make it seem like he takes care of her. I have evidence of everything. He might not get deported as you said i’ll event Let go but i’ll try what i can for now. He doesn’t deserve to be here.
QUOTE="scylla, post: 7478109, member: 51365"]None of us here can tell you if this is bad enough to have him deported.
Adultery is certainly not grounds for having him deported.
The only thing that is relevant is the fact that he has a child that wasn't declared since this is misrepresentation. You'll need to prove that he knew about the child before he came to Canada and didn't just find out about the child now. In other words, you'll need to prove he committed misrepresentation on purpose. Even if you have evidence to show this, this still will not guarantee that CBSA will revoke his PR status and remove him from Canada. CBSA may decide there aren't sufficient grounds to deport him. They may also factor in the fact that he has a child in Canada and decide to let him remain based on that.
Go ahead and report him. But also move on with your life and forget about him. There's certainly a chance you won't get the satisfaction you're looking for and he will be allowed to remain in Canada.[/QUOTE]
