my agent applied for the working holiday visa and now I’m in the pool. But can I go to Canada with a student visa while the working holiday visa is processing or would it affect it in any way? My agent said it won’t affect it in a negative way and should still get an invite during this year and he said I should be ok since he created a profile for me before I turn 31. I’m 30 but turning 31 in June but I want to make sure. I want to go to school there for 6 months and I want to work there after so I’m worried.

Sure - you can apply for a work permit. You've missed the January semester - so that means the earliest you'd be able to start school is the May semester. Note that you cannot work part time until your actually classes begin (your program also has to be full time and at least six months in length to qualify to work off campus).

Make sure whatever program you take in Canada makes sense in light of your previous work experience and education. Otherwise you'll have challenges getting the study permit approved.

So will it be ok if I go to Canada with student visa first even though I applied for working holiday visa in Feb 1st? I still want the work visa invite. It won’t going to be terminated for the working visa even if I go there with student visa?

And my agent told me it’s ok even if I turn 31 because he applied for me when I’m 30. Should I be ok?

No. Either your agent is wrong, or you're misquoting him. (And by the way, there is no reason at all to be using an agent at this stage, who can do nothing to improve your chances). You've said elsewhere that you are a Japanese citizen, and you are in the pool waiting for an invitation.

Japanese citizens can participate in IEC 18-30 inclusive (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/eligibility.asp?country=jp&cat=wh&#country_category_name). If you are drawn from the random pool before your 31st birthday, then you can apply. Fortunately for you, there are currently more spaces available than people in the pool, so you are likely to be drawn before your 31st birthday, but there are no guarantees (it depends how slowly they draw). If you are still in the pool waiting for a draw on your 31st birthday, you will be removed from the pool, and you will be no longer eligible.

If you get drawn from the pool while you are still 30, then the actual processing of your application can indeed go past your 31st birthday, that is not a problem. But you must be drawn from the pool before you become 31. Simply being in the pool at 30 is not enough to make sure your application is valid.

Should I wait til June for the working holiday visa before or should I start school in June? My agent said I cannot get 2 visas at the same time, he said I would get the working visa after I finish the school and that would be when I’ll be 31. What should I do? He’s the one who has all the access to it. He didn’t enter my email, I believe he put his. Please help I don’t know what to do and I’m very worried

Would I be able to still apply for working holiday once I get an invite even though if I would have a student visa by then? It wouldn’t affect it in a negative way? Someone please let me know
