You need to be accepted by a school and program first - then apply for a study permit.

To get a study permit approved, you'll need to show you have enough funds to cover both your first year living expenses and tuition. This means you'll need to show a bank balance of at least $25K.

I'm not sure I understand your question. It depends on the level of study you want to pursue in Canada. If you are still at the high school / secondary level - then you would have to find a high school / secondary school willing to accept you. If you have completed that level of education, then you would be applying either to a college or university (depending on what program you want to take).

Sorry for making you confused .yes I'm matric pass which is like 9-10 in secondar school .it's not high school / secondary so that means I would have to apply on secondary level of high school.

Yes - you would have to find a secondary school in Canada that is willing to accept you as a student. Tuition will be around $15K per year and you'll need to show you have an additional $10K to cover living expenses. Note that you will not be able to work at all while studying in Canada.

It's because you're in high school and also because you are an international student. You are not allowed to work as an international high school student in Canada and you also do not qualify for a work permit once you complete your studies. You can only work once you are studying at the post secondary level (i.e. college / university).

Are you from Saudi Arabia?

If so then there is an institute known as IDP. You should visit that institution. They will advice you which university/college/school to chose, how to apply and every other details you need to know. They will then help you apply for a program in canada and then later help you with your visa application.
