Can I go to Canada earlier than the start date stated on LOA??

Hi all.

I have just received my study permit approval and the start date of my course stated on my LOA is 1 Apr 2021.
So can I go to Canada earlier than the stated date in order to stay quarantine and deal with other admin stuffs?
Perhaps Feb/Mar 2021?

You can travel 3-4 weeks prior to your class date.

There is no official statement where it says how early you can arrive to Canada.

Actually, my classes start on 18 Jan and I have a ticket booked for 28 Nov.

I feel like it's too early so I'm planning on 16 dec which is around 4 weeks.
