Can I go from IEC visa to CEC PR?

Can I apply for the CEC visa after i have done my 1 years work experience in canada.
I will be on the IEC visa and hoping to get PR.

Yes. As Long as the job is skilled and falls under cat 0 a or b.

It might be difficult, if it is a 1 year IEC work permit. To get one year, the OP would have to start work on the first day of the WP validity and finish on the last day to get 1 years work experience.

The question was after he/she has completed 1yrs work experience - not held a 1yr IEC visa. Chances are if they did not start immediately as you have identified, their IEC visa has been extended/renewed for another yr.

Ah, forgot to mention its a 2 year iec visa.
