Can I get visa ?

I’m in final year of my studies , complete in June . I want to apply for this September intake in Fleming college.
I won’t get my degree completion certificate or provisional certificate before October.
Can I get admission to college?
If also I got admission does visa approves without those certificates?

Just a suggestion, do not rush your application. Plan properly. There’s no need to rush, Canada is not going anywhere and the world will definitely not end tomorrow.
