I graduated from RMIT University-Australia (Bachelor of Multimedia Design) - GPA: 2.3.

I applied for Master of Science in Hospitality Management in Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver. However, because of my low GPA and number of my undergraduate years (Australia uni usually offer 3 years undergraduate), the school offer me to Premaster program. I have researched around and rarely found information about pre master in Canada. So is it possible for me to get visa?

Possibility is always there but never a guarantee. One thing that I notice in your case is Your Master's is not in line with
your Bachelor studies. That maybe a problem. Strong SOP justifying it may help you. Low GPA is not good as well.
Good Luck.

Hi jonsnow, which university did you get in? Do they question about your 3 years undergrad?

Why would they? Most undergrad programmes here in England are 3 years. University of Toronto. Should have mentioned earlier.

They argued that Australian undergrad degree might not equivalent to 4 year degrees in North America. Also, my GPA is lower than their requirement. My consultant told me that it is difficult for me to get Visa because I can only be accepted in pre master program.
