i applied under SPP for sept 2011 in Marketing Management and i Had done MBA with marketing in INDIA


got refusal with the reason that Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other educational opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities ,or your future prospects and plans.


now i had chnged my course to GLOBAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
I had scored 7.5 bands
will apply for humber college

can i get visa?Huh

Probably they meant you need to apply to a better course in a better University....They don't always belittle you, sometimes they refuse you for your Course and College are not at par with your present Qualification.

Were they from same college as you? Same marks? Same Bands? Same Work Ex?

Sandu, I still feel that you should go for MBA in "Vancouver Island University"

-No GMAT
-No Work Experience
-No Telephonic Interview

Rest is your choice.

There is your answer, you are a better candidate than them, apply to a good uni for specialized Management course. Build your SOP on it.

;D i do not think if you should stuck with one point. Well, if you really want you can try with Global Business Management, who knows if it really work.

but what I saying that there "must other reasoning behind your refusal" which you may not be sensing as of now.

I am not an expert, just a student like you.

Yes, you are right. But it can be of trouble if, despite having reasonable work experience, you are going back to school when you already hold a Master Degree.

Master Degree with no work exp. may have very slim chances to make into School. But I am not sure if it will work for those having Master Degree + Work Exp.
