Be aware that you usually need to be convincing that any course you chose is relevant to your current qualifications or work experience and relevant to your prospects on return to your home country. Age is generally irrelevant although of course you might be the oldest person on any course

International fees are in region of 15000-18000 CDN per year plus 10000 CDN living expenses
Ah ok. Yeah the swedish Govt will offer me close to 40,000 CAD for my education out there. I will taking a hospitality course which is for 2 years , and when I checked the funds they offer me will be enough to cover my educational expenses out there .

Congrats!

Did you apply for your wife's visa too? TRV or OWP?

Do you have any advice for me? I also have the profile similar to yours. 35yrs - BTech CS, 3yr experience in IT companies, then 8 years self-employed (website publishing, ITR filed). IELTS 8 but I have not appeared for GRE as I thought it is optional for Canadian universities and I hate to mug up so many vocab words (Now I'm thinking I made a mistake by trusting Canadian university's "GRE not required" criteria). I have applied to all universities offering Data Science related programs, 3-4 are safe in it. No travel history :|. Funds will not be an issue and also have my own house in Delhi (joint property me & wife). Have a 2-year-old kid.

Hi All. I am in a dilemma whether to go with Express Entry or Study visa to immigrate to Canada. I took IELTS Gen last year & was short by 1 mark for 8777. Should I take it again next year ? The EE pool and chance of getting through looks tough. Should I then go with IELTS Academic & try for a Study permit for a Masters course. I want to take my family along. Please suggest me the best path I should take.

Hi!
I'm 32. I have engineering degree and 9 years of work exp. I opted for MBA from UCW Vancouver. My visa was denied on two reasons. One, that I won't leave Canada at the end of my stay. Two, my future studies is not in line with my past studies and work history. I had established a definitive link for the past studies, work exp and MBA program which I wanted to do. What else should be changed in SOP? Pls advise. Any tips would be very helpful. Thank you!

I would strongly suggest not to go for MBA. I know most people would disagree here but you have an engineering degree in go for higher education in engineering itself.

Master of Management to MBA is a career and study progression. Sobey's is a recognized school in Nova Scotia so you had a good application. Congrats.
