Hi, my friend is studying the diploma program in Quebec. She would like to apply the Stream A but her diploma will show 1800 study hours only and not 2 years or 24 months. Did she fulfill the requirement of stream A (a diploma (not graduate or post-graduate) for a program of at least 2 years)?
