Hello

Can i get PR for Canada if i have deportation from USA because of my H1b job duties issues. I dont have criminal record or any other record. I had work permit under supervision but under TRUMP admin they cancelled it and send me back to India in feb 2018 because i had final order of deportation in 2015.

Also i applied for asylum in USA . I recently find out USA and Canada do share immigration history. i do have two USA citizen kids and my spouse (Indian citizen) . They all are in usa.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Yes - you can apply for PR in Canada. Make sure you are 100% honest about your immigration history in the US including the deportation and asylum application.

Thank you
my wife was on H4 visa but what is if she is over stay?
She needs to be 100% honest about this in her application to Canada (just like you have to be 100% honest about your history). As long as you are both 100% honest, you should have no issues being approved.

Note that depending on how long she has overstayed in the US, she will be automatically banned from the US as soon as she leaves.
