Can I get multiple entry visa stamped after copr visa stamping

Hi,
I have recently got COPR and single entry visa stamped in passport.. But I am going to get married before I land. So I will apply for status change in PR and wait for instructions from CIC.

Before getting COPR I got applied for multiple entry visa as well. Now I am planning to send passport for multiple entry visa stamping as requested. Will they provide multiple entry visa if I already have COPR visa stamped?

I doubt that they will give you a multiple entry TRV if you already have a PR visa in your passport, but stranger things have happened.
