Can i get ITA for CRS 400-415

What are the chances of getting an ITA if my CRS is 400-420.
I am MS Food Technologist from Pakistan 3+ years of working experience

Slim chances unfortunately.
ITAs have been having cut-off scores relatively stable, in the 440-445 range... They are not expected to go down anytime soon, with so many applicants in the pool in that range.
Explore all PNP streams, or ways to increase your CRS.

Apparently there are none,all require job offers from Canada mostly,others are closed for indemand skills,i think i should give up for the ITA

Maybe you can get better language scores?
