Can I get into US with denied F1visa?

Hello I'm from Korea. I came to Canada Windsor to study so I have a student visa in Canada. There's no flight from Windsor to Korea in straight so I have to go to Toronto or Detroit. Detroit is more near than Toronto so I want to go through US but they denied F1visa actually I had an I-20 visa but its not available now. Please help me if you know some good idea

I do believe you can enter the US with valid Canadian visa.
