Can I get into Universities with this profile?

Completed B.tech in 2015 (Mechanical): 66% (7 backlogs, all cleared)
1 year work experience in related field.
IELTS: 8 bands

Can I get accepted in any Canadian University with this profile for masters? Any help would be really appreciated.

Apply Windsor or Concordia. Chances are there. You have to write a strong SOP which covers your strengths.

Universities Applied for M. Engg. ECE(Fall 2017) –
UBC(in progress)
McMaster University (Rejected)
University of Ottawa(in progress)
University of Windsor(in progress)

I left with 3 Universities now. Can anyone please tell me how much time above universities will take for final decision? And please suggest if require to apply in some other university

BE Mechanical - 60.3% second class
M Tech- 8.11 cgpa; 76% distinction
1 year work ex as production engineer
IELTS- 7.5 with no band less than 7.0

1 international publication
couple of international and national conferences

Windsor will take the most time on your list even 3 months some times. Others will give you decisions within 45 days to 2 months from date of application

I hope you have contacted professors at Regina if you've applied for research program its mandatory.

Concordia is a little competitive but your SOP will play a major role.

But i still wonder why another masters when you already have one? You need a strong SOP to justify the choice!
