Can I get get ECA from two different agencies ? Please reply

I had got my WES evaluation done for Bachelor's Degree in 2018. Just now I am finished with my PGDCA(distance) from Subharti University, Meerut, but it it is not approved by WES (i think), so can I get its evaluation done by CES ? will the total assessment be counted as " Two or more degree and certificates"?
