Can I get ECA for spouse' medical degree?

Hi

My husband has MS(Master of Surgery) degree. I want to claim his education point for this as he would accompany me but I don't want to go through MCC route because MCC is highly expensive and time consuming. Wondering if anyone verified this kind of degree through WES. Please help!

Anyone? Any ideas?! I'm the principal applicant, so if possible I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on MCC. Has any one done ECA for Masters in surgery from WES? Please advise, good hearted, helpful people.
