Can I get admission without IELTS in Canada???

I want to know if I can get admission without IELTS in any institute in Canada in subject of Social Sciences.

Please help and guide if there is any such opportunity there.

There are some universities which give admission without IELTS (not sure about social sciences) , but you have to show a letter from last institute attended showing your English language skills, but it will be better if you do IELTS ...........

It depends on the institution that you are applying to.
