Can I get admission in any of the universities in Ontario province for Masters Program with low Gpa?

My particulars are:
O’Levels Equivalency - 74%
A’Levels Equivalency - 67%
Bachelors in Computer Science from FAST-NUCES (Pakistan) - 2.27 CGPA
Currently 6 months of work experience as a SQA Engineer in eDev Technologies.
IELTS 7.0

Additional info:
Couple of Relatives and my very own married sister is living there in canada.

I will advise you to look to other provinces as DLI in Ontario are very competitive.. CGPA too low

Other provinces like? Can you suggest me names of some universities.
Actually, ontario would be best bid for me as I will accommodate living with my sister so automatically my expenses will cut short.

actually for a CGPA as low as yours, I can't actually point to a particular DLI(Designated Learning Institution--- school) but you can search it

If you secure a study permit to study in other province, there might be a chance to seek for a transfer to Ontario DLI if your grades improve
