I have been doing a bachelors degree in international business for the past three years,i only finished my finals in may and if i pass i graduate in Jan 2014..however i applied for a diploma for the law clerk program at centennial college and got accepted.

my question is would i be denied a visa because of applying for a diploma after three years of a degree..i applied for the diploma because i want to go into another path in my career,i know now that international business is not really for me hense the drastic change

what are my chances for getting a visa? should i apply for a degree instead for JAN2014?

HELP????

Apply to a university instead of a collg. Chances of getin visa for uni>collg.
Dont tell them about the business degree, show a 3 yr job experience instead(if possible).
Do you have low marks in the business degree? Are you failing in it?
If you tell them about the business degree, then dont submit your low mark Report cards. Just give them a good reason of why you hate ur course, y u wanna change it and how ur canadian course is gonna be better then ur Indian unfinished degree.
