Yes , You can, no need to retake the exam. But my suggestion is, you should apply in Universities only.

IRCC generally wants to see all individual scores at a minimum of 6.5 for a Masters. I think you have a high chance of getting your study permit refused with three scores at a 6. I would retake IELTS and ensure you score at least 6.5 in each of the four categories.

At BCIT, the requirement is 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in each category.

That's the school's requirement. For the visa itself, IRCC wants to see at least 6.5 in each of the four categories and there's a much higher chance of refusal if this level isn't achieved.
